A game won't load or keeps crashing

Please try these steps first:

  1. Close the game completely and open it again.
  2. Update the game in the App Store or Google Play.
  3. Restart your device.
  4. Make sure your device has free storage space and the latest system update.

Reinstalling the game can also help, but it may reset your progress. Still stuck? Send us a message with the details listed below.

Questions about ads

Some of our games show ads, which help keep them free to play. To limit personalized ads, see Advertising and your choices in our Privacy Policy.

If an ad won't close, breaks the game or seems inappropriate, send us a message with the game name and roughly when it happened.

A purchase is missing or I want a refund

If a game offers purchases and one is missing, first try the game's restore option if it has one, then send us a message with the game name and the date of the purchase. We may ask for your store receipt when we reply (you can hide your payment details).

Payments and refunds are handled by the store: see Apple's refund help or Google Play's refund policies.

How do I access or delete my data?

Choose "Privacy request" in the form above, or email us. Our Privacy Policy explains your rights and what to include in your request.

Where can I find your games?

Our Games page lists our current games, with links to the App Store and Google Play. Some of our older games are no longer in the stores: if you have a question about one of them, just send us a message.

Reporting a problem in a game

The more we know, the faster we can help. In your message, please tell us:

  • Game: the name of the game
  • Platform: iPhone/iPad (iOS) or Android
  • Device model: for example "iPhone 15" or "Galaxy A54"
  • OS version: the iOS or Android version on your device
  • Game version: shown on the game's page in the App Store or Google Play, or in your phone's app settings
  • Screenshot or screen recording: if you have one, mention it: you can send it by email when we reply
  • What happened: what you were doing, and what you expected to happen
